          Things that make me smile;

          waking up next to Becky everyday
          Misbehaving rabbits
          when I'm right (lol)
          reading a good book
          painting minis and playing the odd game or two
          researching Romans
          Our heritage and history
          visiting shows, museum and Roman remains
          anything that involves Romans (Becky is very patient and understanding)

                The following 12 muscles make me smile ;)

                Zygomaticus major and minor. These muscles pull up the corners of the mouth. They're bilateral (one set on either side of the face). Total number of muscles: 4.

                Orbicularis oculi. One of these muscles encircles each eye and causes crinkling. Total: 2.

                Levator labii superioris. Pulls up corner of lip and nose. Bilateral. Total: 2.

                Levator anguli oris. Also helps elevate angle of mouth. Bilateral. Total: 2.

                Risorius. Pulls corner of mouth to the side. Bilateral. Total: 2.

                      I like being out and about, going to do a 25mile walk tomorrow across the fells.
                      I hate being cooped up, just started a job in a Market Research center, hated it after an hour. I need a job outside.

                      Peace and love...
