Haha, Looking great, as you say the Padean guy is shaping up nicely. I think Ram could get a bit more of wash on his face maybe? Faces are so key on models I think, so they sometimes benefit from a bit of extra work if you have the time that is..

    Thanks!
Yeah, Rams face is a little bland, it's the first time I've painted a mini with closed eyes so I didn't really know what else to do to jazz it up.

    Finished Padean:-

Really rather pleased with this one.

Shrike continues to go very slowly:-

    One day I'll finish him!

Made a small start to my next Underworlds mini, Laserian:-

And, while I had the flesh paints out, started this guy:-

I need to dig out my Etherfields box to find out what it is.

      Finally finished Shrike.
Not sure why I found him so hard to paint, but at least he's done.

Also got a little further with Laserian.

No painting this week, waiting for a new wet palette to be delivered (And can't find any greaseproof paper for my current DIY one), so I've been assembling:-

Some of these guys and gals have jumped to the top of my painting queue on sheer snazziness, gotta start painting again first though!

people suggest baking paper for the wet palette and I've found it useful in a pickle :D

Yep, I've used it before too, but like the greaseproof, supplies are just really hit and miss in my area for some reason.

My new wet palette arrived, and I managed to finish Laserian:-

Pretty happy with him, the red came out nice.

Also made a small start on this lady:-

Wish her left eye didn't look so odd.
Not sure when I'll get more done, struggling to get back into a painting routine.

Think it's a really promising start on here, love the strong purple hair.

Sad that you're struggling for routine, I guess we all go through phases. Good luck finding some time in your day.

                  Thanks!
It's just my nature as a very lazy person, I'd gotten too used to vegging out on the sofa instead of doing something constructive with my free time.

Nothing finished, but I've made a little progress:-

Bug girl now has a collection of bugs with human faces.

I've also started my next Underworlds mini, Fahime.
She's a little messy, but coming along okay.

Got my painting groove back, and finished Fahime:-

Not that happy with this one, found her quite hard to paint and she just looks like a mess to me.

But Bug Girl is progressing more smoothly:-

She's finally fully assembled! (No more worrying about losing her arm.)

New to the table, there's my next Underworlds mini Theobad:-

                    He's very early days.

                    And a Sewer Golem:-

Who has been a lot of fun to paint so far.

Haven't gotten a whole lot done (the curse of shaky hands!), but I did get the Bug Thief (Kingdom Death) finished:-

I'm pretty happy with her, even if the bee fur didn't quite work out.

Did manage a little progress on the Orc:-

                      And Sewer Golem:-

                      But not a whole lot.

Been wrapped up in building stuff, but I finally finished my Orc:-

                          Pretty pleased with him.
