Fantastic work, both of you. Thanks for sharing all the WIPs along the way. And it's been very entertaining to follow the trash-talk between two fun-loving Mali-foes, who exemplify good sportsmanship and WAMPmanship.

Wow to both entries! Great quality paint on Demonn's entry as well as Normski's. I voted for Demonn's because the sheer scale and scope of the project was so impressive. Well done both!

thanks guys for voting and your comments.
looking forward to your entries in the Wyrd 2013 competition as well and planning on returning the favour of voting in your challenge.

It's been a fun project, really pushed myself (or tried to). so many small details (that couldn't fit into the 1000x3500 pixels pic) and in the end it grew soo much bigger/more detailed than it was envisioned at the begining of the build. My mate (who I did the crew for) saw the pics and his comment was:
I can't wait to play them on Wednesday.
My job is done , he is satisfied to the point that he actually wants to play a game (I usually have to twist his arm for a game or two LOL) so no praise could top that...

Your entry Normski, is a fantastic idea, the frog is my favourite LOL. Also I love the way you crafted the bases to be removable but the transition not to be noticable when put together. Considering the multitude of radii on the bases it must have been a pain to get them right. Paintjob is also spot on. love the NMM and the choice of colours. all in all a great great entry!

                thanks

I don't know how long it took Normski (pretty sure he got it over pretty quickly), but I took my time. In all I'd say a month and a half. but I was not doing this project exclusively. and last week I was a bit more focused on the project so I finished the base and three minis...

Cheers marko thats very cool to read!! Your is a fantastic Piece, Ive watched this develop over the weeks and always knew I was gonna be up against it!! The lead sprinkler Gunsmith is a very cool idea! and the way it lights up just rocks totally!! The Through the breach style rail track is a lovely detail. there is so much detail its hard to pick out a fav bit but the Rail Golem was always the bit for me!! Putting LED inside it was pure genius!!
Im glad ya mate like your work he has got himself a very cool crew!!

@rowdyspoon, from start to finish I think it took me just a few weeks but with some very long nights in my Man cave!! 1am bed times quite often. the drying time for the clay was the longest wait! The MDF base went very well all cut and sanded by hand and it turned out very well in the end!! the mini painting took 4 nights per Vik and the Warpig took almost a week with the Gremlin rider! so from start to finish i got it all done in 40 days!! so thats quite a long time for such a small project!

Thanks to all who have and will vote!!

Much as I like the idea and execution in Normski's diorama, Demonn's display is simply too awesome to skip voting on it.
