A bit of sidetracking here, just finished this shoulder pad emblem for a raven guard:

Here comes the first update for today! Head is just there to show the general idea of where this is going, it's not the head that'll go there in the end.

He's looking good- what are your plans for the backpack becuase it looks like it's falling off.

I'm leaning it out a bit to make room for the shoulder pads, I'll fill it later, right now I put it there just to show how tall the mini will be.

plonk something in the image as a scale reference. As to the conversion. I think he's looking brilliant but because his right leg is slightly bent it gives the impression that he's either leaning backwards or toppling backwards. The sculpting is great BTW

I can snap a pic for comparison. :)

Hopefully the toppling feeling will disappear once the arms and weapons are there, if not I'll just have to reposition the legs a bit.
