15 Free Company
Start a Riverdance fanclub
20 Swordsmen
1 Battle Standard Bearer and mount
Buy new stockings
1 Battle Wizard

I also have a Single Figure comp on the same day - not even started

How a high a standard are you trying to get the Empire stuff to, chief? With a bit of elbow grease - and a bank holiday weekend - it doesn't sound too bad.

High table top standard - CMON 6.5 to 7. It's for a best painted army comp. All the building, baseing and sculpty bits are done, just needs the paint.

I know it works, but I'm just an old fashioned kind of guy. You have no idea how much I wanted to hate the Games Workshop washes. I don't like change, I'm old!

By the way, which one of you buggers added stuff to my to do list? Don't you think I've got enough to do?

I've just read the article. I take it all back. Some very nice results. Maybe I'll give it a try one day, but as I say I am resistant to change. In fact I know what will happen, I'll use the stuff and love it and wonder how I ever got by without it!
