    The Hobby Holder painting tool

    https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...int-miniatures

I bought a few of these from the kickstarter. There are now pre-orders going on. I like the idea of simple bottle caps to affix the mini on. The handle can be up or down (or off).

    Anxiously awaiting the shipment!

Or you can get a very similar product from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2583332 and print it yourself...

That's cool! I have no printing abilities... so... happy to have the kickstarter. :-)

I do have a 3d printer (made it myself, it almost works properly ), so I think I’ll take this clever piece of design and have a play with it!

I just use an old spice pot with a magnet glued on top, then mount my WIP figures on a base with a washer glued on the bottom. Rock solid.

I'm digging the GW ones I picked up. Normally I justglue gun to a block of wood but now that I'm painting and playing having them on a holder where I can get to them easily to play with while their still WIPs is wicked handy.
