Can I wreck the cool jobs thing and admit to being an indentured lab servant?

I think officially they class me as a postdoctoral research fellow, but servant is closer to the truth...

I'm a Tech Writer/Team Lead (I lead a team of 11 writers) for a lawn mower (et. al.) manufacturer.

I also sculpt minis professionally on the side (TaleSpinner Minis), and have been working on building that business for the past few years. Currently, it is only paying for my miniature addiction, but then I guess I can't complain about a hobby that pays for itself.
Some tales are best left for the light of day.

Check out my website at www.talespinnerminis.com.

Curious what kind of writing you are talking about Tale Spinner? instruction manuals or technical plans? very intrigued why a lawn mower company needs a team of 12 writers.
    Thanks!

Im an assistant Customer Services Manager for a Supported Living Service which supports adults with Learning Disabilities (Maybe thats why I get on with Demonn so well LOL) Im responsible for 10 individuals who all have varying different needs around independence and daily living skills, all on the Autism Spectrum my staff team performs support but doesnt do the tasks it is our jobs to help the customers achieve self directed goals of social inclusion and as mention live as independent as possible and not sit on their butts expecting us to do it all for them. this is why I dont get on for a day or so at a time, long shifts my day was 15 hours yesterday lol I am also responsible for supporting the Manager who runs the 2 buildings When She is away on meeting (which is always) I have to make sure it all goes smooth or I get my butt kicked!! Very Challenging work indeed! shame the wages dont reflect that!!
