Black Queen Miniature Painting Competition @ Agram Arena Summer 2012

On July 7th and 8th was the first part od the Agram Arena Summer 2012, an annual event my club organizes. We hosted a 40k tournament and a painting competition called Black Queen Miniature Competition. THis report is for the Black Queen only.

The competition was divided into 6 categories judged by a pannel of judges. The categories were: Single miniature, Large / Mounted miniature, Unit / Squad, Open, Diorama, Masterclass. This year for the first time, due to the increase of Malifaux players in our community, there was another category judged by our pannel - Best of Wyrd.
Also, all the participants and visitors of the event could vote on one entry and the entry with the most votes would be crowned People's Choice.

it was originally built as my Round 1 entry of Iron Painter.. I entered all my IP entries in Black Queen, lol..

anyway, it's supposed to be a Sister's of Battle Exorcist. I decided instead of an organ on top of a Rhino, I'd put a whole church on top of two Lemann Russes

Very cool. So nice to see quality paintjobs on a variety of manufacturers' models. Some very unique painting styles on display -- worth studying! Thanks for taking the time to upload the pics for us to see.
