Cheers guys - the metallic blue is just the blue from the trousers mixed with metallic paint and then a few glazes to deepen and smooth the transitions. Dead easy as is the chest hair - lots of tiny...

Cheers Norm - those metallics are a nightmare to photograph properly for sure!
