Well, Hammerhead is approaching fast and the last-minute arrangements are being hurriedly made.

My Dearly Beloved - a.k.a. She Who Must Be Obeyed - is tagging along to run the shop on the grounds that I'd just give the stuff away with half a chance, and she wants to see it pay. SWMBO has refused all suggestions that she should dress in costume... this time.

It's been an exciting couple of weeks, getting POP and Skrapyard off the ground. Lots more to do, of course. I hope to see the first two miniatures into production in the next fortnight, and then will be able to turn to getting the proper, full-on First Edition (with illustrations and much, much more background, plus fewer typos).

However, it's an auspicious start.

I find Christmas incredibly frustrating. The children at home, decorating the house, sorting out presents and food, visiting family and friends: it's all wonderful, but getting work done of any sort is nearly impossible. Well, with my first two miniatures sculpted and the resin masters shortly to be on their way to me, I turned my attention to the rules.
