Well, Hammerhead is approaching fast and the last-minute arrangements are being hurriedly made.

My Dearly Beloved - a.k.a. She Who Must Be Obeyed - is tagging along to run the shop on the grounds that I'd just give the stuff away with half a chance, and she wants to see it pay. SWMBO has refused all suggestions that she should dress in costume... this time.

I'll be feverishly painting a Matic Games army from box to tabletop in a meagre six hours with the assistance of Precinct Omega's top freelancer, Rob Skene. Meanwhile, veteran Journeyman Engineer, Chris Averiss, will be leading the charge upon the participation game, ably assisted by his new Apprentice Cogsman, Ryan Simmons. At some point during the day we'll be joined by the Faerie Emissary himself, Sculptor of Reality, Rob Macfarlane.

I'll be tweeting through the day and taking all the pics my poor benighted phone can handle.

And in other news...

Exciting stuff. Precinct Omega and Beasts of War are going into partnership to promote the beta testing of Skrapyard: Devil's Reach. Exclusive access to new material and rules updates will be available to members of the playtest group and, for the best and most constructive feedback, who knows? There might be a few other goodies available.

And after Hammerhead?

Well, as well as getting back to the busy work of commission painting, we'll be turning our profits to getting the First Edition bashed into a proper shape, with new art, fiction and background to write and, of course, the rules to fine-tune with the willing and able assistance of Beasts of War and all their lovely friends.

Yay!
