Wamp has teamed up with Mierce Miniatures once again to present to you the Darklands Painting Contest 2013. We have some great prizes lined up for our worthy winners and we are even going to give you stuff just for entering!

Darklands is based around 30mm scale resin miniatures ranging from muscle bulging men to huge demonic monsters and everything in between. they are superb quality in both sculpting and casting terms and a firm favourite with some of the world's best painters.

The contest is open to all things Darklands and we have several categories for you to challenge for.

    Judging:
Winners will be decided by Mierce Miniatures
Judging will be carried out by Mierce Miniatures staff. We will be judging on not only technical ability but also adherence to the setting of Darklands (which is based in North-West Europe during the Dark Ages with a dark-fantasy twist). For example you can give your Tarvax machine guns if you want to, but would lose pts on theme.

You may use Darklands bases or indeed build your own plinth/diorama scenery type bases. Either is fine.

If you have never painted one of these it's well worth picking one up, they really are lovely sculpts and the casting is top notch.
