Impact Miniatures Ice Hockey Miniatures now to KickStarter
Impact Miniatures is looking to get some backing to assist getting them moulded and cast.

The Miniatures

For this project, we created four poses that I thought would be pretty versatile. They are playmaker, defensemen, goalie, and sniper. It was hard narrowing it down to four poses, but I think these fit. We used pictures of real players througout the years to make these so they're all realistic. They are all 28mm scale.

The Playmaker

Envisioned as possibly a center, he has his eyes up ice and is leaning slightly in to his right. He had to be righted just a bit for casting purposes. I like the simplicity and balance of the pose.

The Defensemen

The biggest of the skaters, he measures 30.5mm to the eyes. You can imagine him gliding up the ice as his forwards get the puck in deep.

The Goalie

I was tempted to go with a modern, NHL goalie look, but just couldn't resist the old time goalie mask and pads. He was sculpted to be roughly 22mm to the eyes or roughly 4' to match the crossbar. I think he has a groovy 60's feel.

The Sniper

This pose displays the shooter as he's just let loose of a wicked slapper! He's leaning slightly to his right and all his weight is in the left foot.

Reward Levels: For the miniature team sets (Power Forward & Sniper level), if you'd prefer to get two snipers and one playmaker instead, we can do that.

Stretch Rewards: There are currently no stretch rewards planned. We may consider doing additional ice hockey miniatures in the future based upon the success of this campaign.

Really cool! There aren't many of these miniatures out there. Would be awesome to create a small diorama of a hockey moment of your choice! :p I like!

Oh I get it... septic tank...tank rhymes with Yank.. which is short for Yankee, which is also an evil baseball team... And we're the one's that are hard to understand?

We actually have a new emblem. Gotta keep up with the times you know!

So its not a unicorn then? Although I imagine Unicorns to be the tastiest of all mythical creatures so should be featured more.

And its Brit's with one t thank you very much.

And we do like girls, unfortunately my first thought was that is a very strange shaped couch. (sorry, Sofa), I mean its got a tunnel and everyfink.

Yeah, it does look like an odd couch doesn't it? Could be fun for certain things though... (as I sit there looking at the pair.)

I bet unicorn would taste wonderful as well. I imagine if you sprinkled bacon bits on unicorn meat you could fly through space.
