(I have the cherubs, and there great casts)

Is that the same Jim Bowen as the painter? looks like his paint work actually

11-05-2010, 12:52 AM
Well it's not likely to be the same Jim Bowen as the one who presented Bulseye.

Just look at what you could have won...

Like that red thingy with the headwrap. Neat!

That's very nice indeed.

Sorry, but fast becoming one my favourite companies (& it's not just a Durham thing)

Sea Hag

Like this one better than the others. As they all have a nautical theme are they for a particular game?

06-07-2010, 06:17 PM
Well the green one is the 'Creature from the Black Lagoon' via pulp horror films from the black and white days. And I don't think the first ones posted are very nautical, but I do like that Sea Hag.

The guy is a gamer, but I think he's just commissioning stuff he likes

Thanks Vern, some nice stuff on his site. I particularly like the 'Top Hat' figure, it's a shame there's not a bigger image.

07-07-2010, 10:31 AM
Yeah, it would be good to get a better look at what that top hat guy actually is. At the moment he reminds me of Doc. Brown in Back to the Future 3.

There is another Dwarf in the web shop.More are ready too. They have been sculpted by Adam Gayford(Whiffwaff on the forums).

I have over twenty sculpts by Paul Muller.Plenty of creepy little guy's to come.

Some of the pictures I have posted above are not yet out.But should be due out in the next three months if all goes well.

Would be nice to know what people think and would like to see next.

Looking forward to showing more sculpts off soon.

if you did not want the wider world to see new stuff, have a word with Darklord and set up a prinate forum then invite who you want and they will give you good feedback. Not sure if you are worried about people seeing you WIP but just letting you know you have that option. Personally I look forward to seeing what you have in the pipe line.

What drives your figure chioces do you have a game in mind? or is it just what you like.

The figures are not for any game as of yet. They are thing's which I think are missing and may be of interest to others.I like the weirder type of creatures.Female types are one of the things missing from miniatures lines too.Especially female creature types.

There are more Dwarves ready which will fit in with the Chronopia game. Some of the unit types were never released before the game ended.

I have some Goblin's done too.Two of which I hope to release in the next three months.

This year I will be attending a few show's in the Northeast.Including Smoggycon,Border Reiver and Fiasco.

I do like those creature mini's! Also Vern sent me one of the dudes from the first page of this thread, the one painted red with the head that looks like it just consists of bandages. I love it!
